GENERAL QUESTIONS
What is Instajunction?
Quite simply, we put your Instagram pictures (or any pictures really) on unique, high-quality products – ideal for daily use, decorating the home or giving as gifts to friends and family.

What is the print quality like?
Excellent - we use some clever behind-the-scenes techy tricks to download hi-res copies of your pictures straight from Instagram. We also give you easy access to your Facebook photos using the same techniques - and you can always upload your own images directly from your computer or mobile device.

How big are the products?
Check out the collections on the sidebar to see everything we offer, then you can click on each product to see specific details and dimensions.

How long does it take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days, sending via Royal Mail First Class post (within the UK) or First Class Airmail to Europe and the Rest of the World. We cannot begin to process orders requiring images until these have been supplied.

Can I send them as a gift?
Absolutely - just put in the address you would like them sent to when you check out and we'll send them there.

Can I print on anything else?
We've got quite a selection of products and we're always creating new and fresh ideas, however, if you have any other products you would like to see your pictures on, we're always looking at what else we can add so please contact us and let us know your thoughts.

Can I buy more than one item at a time?
Of course – after making each product, you will have the option to add it to your basket and checkout or to create more products. You can also simply increase quantities of each product in the basket.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?
We can certainly look at discounts if you're ordering in bulk - please contact us and let us know what you need and we will provide a quote to you directly.

DELIVERY & RETURNS


How much is post & packing?
We have a flat rate of £2.95 per order for the UK, £3.95 per order to EU countries and £4.95 per order to the Rest of the World.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes, we deliver worldwide.

What if I’m not happy with my order?
We doubt it will happen, but if for any reason you are unhappy, simply contact us within 14 days to let us know the problem and we will either replace or refund your order, no questions.

What if change my mind?
Simply Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll get that cancelled and refunded to you, no questions asked.


PRODUCT QUERIES
Can I put my coasters in the dishwasher?
As they are made of wood, we would strongly recommend NOT putting them in the dishwasher. However, they have a high gloss surface, which can be easily wiped clean.


IMAGE SOURCES
Can I edit my pictures before I print them?
We believe the whole point of Instagram is to use it to make great looking photos - so we let you do that there!

Where products include more than one picture, can I use a different picture on each?
Absolutely – wherever there is a space for a picture, you can use a different one. So, for example, on a set of 4 coasters, you can have a different pic on each or the same on all of them.

Can I use my friends' Instagram pictures?
You will only be able to retrieve pictures from the Instagram account you log in with - so only if they log in for you.


SUPPLYING IMAGES



How do I upload images?
Instajunction does not currently have a picture upload function (it's coming very soon!). Please attach any images required to an email and send them to 

help@instajunction.com, including your order number in the subject line.

If there are too many images to send via email please use a file transfer service such as wetransfer.com and send us the shared link. We confirm receipt of all images received.

What image formats should I supply?
As our printed products are square we will crop any non-square images to fit. Images with subjects going from left to right in rectangular photos will not crop to a square without cutting off some of the subjects. This is particularly occurrent in large group shots.

If the product you have ordered requires a particular order for the images on the product please name your images 01, 02, 03 etc.

If we have any problems with the photos you send will contact you ASAP.
